  • What happens when I cancel or change a reservation?

    Your cancellation or change can be made free of charge 48 hours prior to the pick up date. All changes and cancellations must be made by telephone at 0800 358 1229. No changes can be made with our partners abroad. We only charge a cancellation fee (at most a charge of three days of the rental) if you call us later than 48 hours before pickup time.

  • When is my booking confirmed?

    We always try to confirm your reservation within 24 hours. If you want to make a last-minute reservation, please call 0800 358 1229.

  • When can I make an reservation?

    You can reach us 24 hours a day; during office hours your calls will be connected to our offices in Munich. Outside office hours your calls will be diverted to our customer service in the US.

  • How can I pay?

    We accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard.

  • What happens if I find a better rate for a rental car?
